1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping to ensure there are no surprises at checkout. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

2. Our Shipping Process
- Hand-Packed with Care: Each item is wrapped in eco-friendly, reinforced protective layering at our Gordon studio to ensure it survives the journey.
- Courier Partners: We partner exclusively with UPS, FedEx, and DHL to provide the most reliable and fastest handling for fragile ceramics.
- Dispatch: You will receive a notification as soon as your order is handed over to the courier.
3. Real-Time Tracking
Transparency is key. Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.
- How to check status: You can track your package directly on the courier’s website (UPS.com, FedEx.com, or DHL.com) or by visiting our Order Tracking Page on our website.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the code.
4. Missing or Damaged Items
While we take every precaution, we know that accidents can happen during transit.
- Missing Packages: If your tracking info shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the item, please contact us at support@handceramics.com within 48 hours. We will open an investigation with the carrier immediately.
- Damaged Items: If your ceramics arrive broken, please take a photo of the item and the packaging and email it to us. We will ship a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund immediately.
5. Duties & Taxes
For orders outside the United States, please note that the recipient is responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes. Our use of DHL Express ensures these processes are handled as quickly as possible to avoid delays.
