At Hand Ceramics, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted pieces. If your order isn't quite what you expected, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your package was delivered.
1. How to Request a Return or Refund
To start the process, please email us at support@handceramics.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team at our Gordon, GA studio will respond within 24-48 hours with specific instructions.

3. The Return Process

- Timeframe: Once approved, it typically takes 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after the 30-day window.
- Customized or personalized ceramic pieces.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse (e.g., dropping the item).
