Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Hand Ceramics. We take great pride in our handcrafted pottery, including our Vases, Cups, Plates, and Bowls. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at support@handceramics.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions on how to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Since ceramics are fragile, please inspect your order upon reception.

If the item is broken or defective: Contact us immediately at support@handceramics.com with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

Resolution: For items damaged during transit or defective products, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.
5. Return Shipping Costs (Customer Remorse)

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or "customer remorse" (e.g., you no longer want the item, or it doesn't fit your decor as expected), you will be responsible for paying the actual shipping costs for returning the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal) within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal account again, then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@handceramics.com.
